On the first day of Chinese New Year 2019, Shanghai Morimatsu is awarded the highest honor of “TOP 10 Partner of the Year” and “Supplier Excellence”, as the best of the best from among P&G’s 50,000 diverse global suppliers. The Ceremony was held at P&G’s headquarter in Cincinnati to recognize its top-performing external business partners for their outstanding contributions to P&G’s global supply network transformation.

P&G Global Product Supply Officer Yannis Skoufalos, Chief Purchasing Officer Stew Atkinson, and Chairman of the Board, President and CEO David Taylor, attended the ceremony to extend their congratulations of award winners. P&G, one of the world's biggest consumer goods companies, has been revolutionizing how it goes to market, redesigning its supply chain to respond seamlessly to real-time consumer and retail customer demand. One of the important enablers is to have production facilities with instant capacity, affordable cost and high productivity, etc.

Over the past 20 years, Shanghai Morimatsu has successfully delivered process equipment for green and/or brown field projects to P&G’s plants globally with its unique advantages of extreme modularization solution, End to End global service capability and multi-partners collaboration experience, and keep innovation and bring added value with P&G and continue to set new benchmarks together, just as David Taylor expected and said during the ceremony, “We want strong, lasting relationships with our supplier partners. The stronger our relationships are, the greater the opportunity we have to serve consumers better than anyone else. It’s clear that winning today, and in the future, requires seamless collaboration and continually raising the bar together.”
