On November 2, the 61st China International Pharmaceutical Machinery Exposition & CIPM 2021 was opened at Western China International Expo Center in Chengdu. Industry experts at home and abroad and professionals of renowned enterprises attended the event to share insights on industry development opportunities. Morimatsu presented multiple products and equipment at its booth (9-73) where a large number of audiences visited.
China's pharmaceutical equipment industry keeps rapid development thanks to a huge market demand and strong policy support from the government. As a leading company in the industry, multiple core equipment presented by Morimatsu received wide attention. Bioreactor, the main product promoted by Morimatsu on this exhibition was visited consecutively. Morimatsu provides one-stop complete solutions from lab scale to commercial scale with models ranging from desk-top bioreactor, pilot bioreactor to bioreactors of commercial production, and can meet various demands of customers on cell culture, microbial fermentation process research and commercial production. The bioreactor presented this time is an automatic bioreactor for mammalian cell culture. Magnetic stirring at the bottom eliminates the risk of leakage. Automatic control of ventilation volume can meet various ventilation demands.
In addition to bioreactors, products exhibited also include online sample preparation system, disposable sample preparation system, desk-top bioreactor system and robotic isolator station demonstrated for the first time, hydrogen peroxide sterilizer, and wet type granulator and multi-purpose fluid bed for pharmaceutical industry.

The exhibition was very successful with a large number of audiences. Our booth was frequently visited by customers to see our core products closely. The experts of Morimatsu at the site explained in detail the characteristics, performance and advantages of our products. Meanwhile, they also introduced the excellent performance of Morimatsu in biopharmaceuticals and pharmaceutical industries, as well as its extended business in digital and intelligent fields.
On this exhibition, we build a featured area, namely, digital virtual factory, which also attracted the attention of many audiences. The Material Weighing and Formulation Management System launched by Morimatsu is an important component of the MES system in the pharmaceutical industry. The onsite presentation allows the audience to have a better understanding of the advantages brought by Morimatsu’s error-proof feeding design, which may help customers achieve strict feeding management and reduce losses caused by manual operation. Besides, the audiences on site may view our production process on screen and have a tour via the digital virtual factory. After each presentation, the experts on site would answer questions put forward by the audiences.
