The Coronavirus（COVID-19）has impacted many businesses globally and cause a lot of worries about on time delivery. Currently, Morimatsu is running normally to give our routine service to clients globally. We have prepared this report to give you a good understanding about our current situation and hope it can relieve your potential concerns about our capability to deliver projects on schedule as usual.
1）Plant is running normally
The plant is running normally with staffs returned back to work from February 10th. You can see the pictures from the workshop today, many projects are being fabricated in good order in the workshops. Even during the most difficult time in February, many projects have been delivered on time as promised, which help us to win clients’ respect and confidence in our responsibility and accountability even under most challenging situations.

2）Supply chain can be guaranteed
The situation of coronavirus is in good control in China. Most of the provinces report no new infected cases, which make our suppliers resume production. While as the situation outside China become more serious, for the overseas suppliers who are suffering the outbreak, we will keep a close eye on their factory operation and products progress. We will also try to find alternative supplier (if needed) which has not been affected by the outbreak with equivalent quality in China or other regions.
3) Communication with clients are active
To reduce physical contact, we are utilizing Video Conference for international project, WebEx
Skype are our daily communication tools to continue our dialogue with clients frequently and smoothly regardless of location. At the same time, you can also meet our local staff from offices in USA, Sweden, India and Japan if it is required.

4) Project executed smoothly by utilizing on line tools
The online Web Design Review platform enable our teams to do the design review meeting with clients seamlessly. Clients can check clash, size and distance on the platform and write comments on the latest version anytime, from anywhere in the world.

While, Our QC starts to utilize smart remote inspection system with Goggle Camera to invite client QC to join the process and final inspection online through skype, the remote inspector can record the process and play back afterwards. By utilizing these on line tools for design review and remote inspection, we can help clients to reduce unnecessary trips and save travel cost.
